Here is how it works: Browse, Find your item and Buy it!

1. Find your particular item

  • Browse our list of items through the catalogue and if you are looking for specific items, we’ve made it easier for you to find your way by shopping through our different categories E.g. Girls > Clothing > Dresses.

2.  Check with the seller

  • Once you have found your perfect item, you can contact the seller by leaving a review/question under is product, the seller will be notified and will contact you ASAP.
  • Only contact and make transactions with the seller through our website, this is the only way for us to cover you.
  • If you still have some doubts or questions you can always ask about it through our Contact Us page. 

3.  Pay for your item

Add your selected item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

At checkout:

  • Select your preferred payment method.
  • Choose your delivery method and shipping provider.
  • Make sure you entered the correct delivery address.
  • Press Pay to finalize your order.
Stay on KiddiesLocker throughout your whole communication and buying process. Only that way will we be able to cover you in case something doesn’t go as expected.
4. Receive your item
  • The seller will have 5 working days to send your item.
  • Delivery usually takes up to 5-7 working days. It might take longer due to Covid-19. But if it takes longer, don’t worry, just keep an eye on your order status and tracking information, and stay in touch with the seller.
  • In most cases, you will be able to track your parcel.

5. Your feedback is important

Honest feedback is extremely important to help our community grow in a better way. Let us know if you are concerned about anything and how we could improve our system.

By letting a review and rating the sellers you also help future buyers with their potential transaction.

  • If you experience any improper behaviour, harassment, or spam activity from other members, report them, so that we may put a stop to it.
  • We recommend washing or disinfecting any items you buy in a way that is appropriate for their material before wearing them. However, first make sure that the item is acceptable, as you won’t be able to get a refund after washing or using it.

To find your perfect item there are three simple ways:

  1. Browsing the feed, every day the feed is updated with newly posted items.
  2. Using the search bar and categories is a good way to find a specific item or category of items.
  3. Following sellers, if you like what a seller is posting the best way to keep in touch with his posts it’s to follow him.

The delivery time of an item depends on the shipping service you choose and the seller’s handling time. You will be notified once the seller ship the item.

Seller’s handling time

Sellers have up to 5 working days to ship the item, depending on the shipping method you have picked. 

Shipping time

Shipping time varies according to the destination of the parcel, as well as the shipping provider: typically, it takes 2-5 working days, but it can be longer at times due to Covid-19. 

Saturdays, Sundays, and major national holidays are usually not included in transit time estimates. 

Tracking an item

Both you and sellers can track their parcel. You can check where the parcel is and its expected delivery time. 

On Kiddies Locker we use safe integrated payment methods such as :

Credit/Debit cards:

  • Mastercard, Visa and American Express
If your payment didn’t go through:
  • Double-check your card details: Number, Name Holder, Expiry Date and CVC/CVV number (3 digits code on the back of your card).
  • Check if your balance is sufficient.
  • Have you reached your daily purchase limit?
  • Are online purchases supported?
  • Are there any restrictions on your account?


If you are a minor, you may use Kiddies Locker only under your parent’s or adult guardian’s supervision and via their account. Note that it is strictly forbidden by law to use a credit/debit card without the permission of its owner.

A buyer and seller can cancel their order only if the item hasn’t been shipped yet.

A mutual agreement between a buyer and a seller about cancelling their order will help them avoid automatic negative feedback.
